Chicken momo is one of the most popular and tasty dishes in my first country, Nepal. “Momos” are the Nepali version of dumplings with a dash of Tibetan influence. The filling can either be “keema” or veggies. Keema is minced meat (chicken, goat, beef or pork) and sautéed in various spices. It is often used as filling in somosas or naan. However in Nepal, keema serves as filling for momos.
